Good News for Military Housing PPVs

Environmental Assurance has developed a turnkey program designed to provide service members with a healthy indoor environment and protect PPVs from liability for toxic mold.

Environmental Assurance’s extensive background working with private developers and building owners has driven us to create superior inspection and documentation procedures that will ensure PPVs of limited liability. We will put this expertise to work for PPVs to create a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual to avoid future risk as well.

Since the vast majority of military housing is old enough to become demolished during the Initial Development Period (IDP), Environmental Assurance will also create a matrix to compare the cost of remediation with the rent recovered prior to demolition.
